The innovative Roxtec SPM™ seals help you ensure safety and operational reliability without any downtime or cost related to welding. If your metal pipes carry hot fluids at temperatures up to 150 °C, you can use the Roxtec SPM™ HT (high temperature) version.
Flexible to pipe and structure
The Roxtec SPM™ seal is made of highly elastic EPDM rubber and fittings of acid-proof stainless steel, while the Roxtec SPM™ HT seal is silicon-based to withstand high temperatures and hot steam pipes, oil pipes, and water pipes.
The seals are in one piece and quick and easy to install from only one side of steel decks or bulkheads. The structure may range in thickness from 5 to 15 mm. The seals maintain a tight seal around the metal pipe as well as sealing inside any uneven or irregular opening.
The indicators that show when full compression is achieved are just one example of its safe and user-friendly design. The indicators also simplify quality inspection.
