Cable and pipe transits for cruise ships

Cable and pipe transits for cruise ships

Thousands of Roxtec cable and pipe transits are used onboard Oasis of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship built at STX Europe in Finland.

Peace of mind in Caribbean waters

Roxtec seals are found everywhere from the engine room up to the bridge and the royal cabin balcony – and even in the central palm tree park fountain lighting! The sealing system protects against risks caused by water, fire, and smoke. It also reduces noise and material fatigue – and provides the ability to continuously upgrade.

Roxtec makes it possible for us to use plastic pipes wherever we want. We reduce the need for welding, balance overall weight and avoid corrosion issues.
Sebastian Brunila, Senior Superintendent of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd
