Fulfilling the highest safety and quality standards
Roxtec seals meet the EN 45545-2 and EN 45545-3 standards, achieving the highest hazard level, HL3, and fire integrity up to E60. Our seals have ingress protection ratings up to IP66/IP67 in accordance with IEC 60529, and selected products are tested to withstand solar radiation in accordance with IEC 60068-2-5, replicating roof-top conditions. Our solutions comply with IEC 61373 standards for vibration resistance up to category 2.

Roxtec CRF – our compact all-in-one sealing solution
The flexible Roxtec CRF system meets the strictest standards for fire resistance, ingress protection and vibration resistance, and allows for easy installation and retrofit. You can use either Roxtec CM and CM PPS sealing modules that adapt to cables and conduits of many sizes or Roxtec CRF and CRF PPS modules that are ideal for high-speed installation and serial production with already known cable and conduit sizes. The PPS versions contain intumescent material which expands to protect plastic conduit applications in case of fire.
