New: Roxtec knock-out frame UG™ transit

Use the rectangular Roxtec knock-out frame (KOF) to form an efficient pre-sealing barrier against constant water pressure. The cast-in frame has a knock-out plate that remains tight until it is time to install your cables, pipes and sealing components. It is designed for Roxtec sealing solutions. In this way, the builder can leave a dry site – with built-in spare capacity both for last-minute changes and future expansion needs.  

Lightweight recyclable plastic  

The frame is made from recyclable ABS plastic and designed for walls, underground vaults and foundations as well as for prefabricated walls, shelters and kiosks. It is a lightweight, corrosion free and non-magnetic alternative to cast-in steel frames enabling a reduction of the CO₂ impact of the construction.

Adaptable to wall thickness

The KOF depth of 100mm (4”) can be adjusted to fit the wall thickness and thereby eliminate the need for casting molds. You just add the right number of 50mm (2”) KOF adapters and attach the frame with nails, screws, glue or magnets to the form work. If there is a need to connect a cable protection pipe to the KOF, you can use the KOF adapter round, which works with a standard 200mm cable protection pipe. 

Area efficient clusters

Thanks to the integrated connection function, you can form space efficient frame combinations in any direction to fit your needs. You can even combine them with round Roxtec knock-out sleeves, KOS. The frame can also work as transportation protection when producing prefabricated shelters and kiosks.
