Roxtec contributes to the Kassø PTX plant

In the 52.5 MW hydrogen plant, solar power and water are used to generate hydrogen. Hydrogen is then mixed with carbon dioxide to produce raw methanol which is finally turned into clean liquid-based e-methanol. The production capacity is 42,000 tons of e-methanol per year. The green fuel is used by large companies such as Circle K, LEGO Group, Maersk and Novo Nordisk. Besides this, the plant helps balance the power grid and provide heating for 3,300 households.   

Sealing 28 modular E-houses

Roxtec worked together with Soft & Teknik, which is partly owned by European Energy, to make sure the sealing solutions for the 28 modular E-houses were able to meet the strict safety requirements. Roxtec S and G transits were welded into the floors to seal the entries for power and control cables and protect electrical equipment against hazards such as fire and gas.
