You simply enter your cable/pipe list, sealing requirements (e.g., fire protection, gas-tightness, watertightness, EMC, or Ex), and installation preferences. The system uses a proprietary algorithm to minimize the physical footprint of the transit while ensuring the fill ratio complies with safety standards.

The software supports three different design methods depending on the complexity of your project:

1. Single solution mode: Uses a single Roxtec solution to cover your cable list.
2. Multiple solution mode: Allows you to combine and fine-tune multiple frames and solutions on a shared workspace.
3. Cabinet solution mode: Lets you design and place frames directly on the surface of a cabinet or enclosure.

If you are working in an existing building or structure with an already existing opening, you can activate "Match Hole". You enter the physical dimensions of the hole, and the tool displays a visual representation of the opening and suggests a frame size that fits both the hole and your cables optimally.

Yes, Roxtec Transit Designer™ has a powerful bulk import feature for cable lists via Excel. You can upload thousands of cables at once directly into the program, saving weeks of administrative work and eliminating manual errors.

Once your design is complete, you can directly export and download:
