Roxtec RM PPS sealing modules are 60mm (2.362") deep and have removable layers making them easy to adapt to plastic conduits and thermoplastic pipes of different sizes. The module includes intumescent material that expands up to 35 times its volume in case of fire to close off and protect the penetration. The modules are tested and approved for various plastic conduit and thermoplastic pipe applications within, for example, rolling stock and marine. The RM PPS modules have no solid center core and cannot be installed as spare capacity. If needed, standard RM modules must therefore be used to fill the packing space.
