Roxtec HD 72 is the latest addition to the Roxtec HD product range for cabinets, terminal boxes, and smart junction boxes. It provides a larger packing space to help you handle applications with a high density of larger cables while limiting the weight of the transit and the footprint of the enclosure or cabinet.
With the Roxtec HD 72, you can seal up to 72 armored or non-armored cables in one transit and reduce the footprint by over 50 percent when compared to cable glands. You avoid drilling or punching holes and can drastically reduce the installation time. It is a fit-for-purpose solution for advanced cabinets for electrical heat trace, remote I/O, PLC, and safety instrument systems.
Covering your sealing needs
The Roxtec HD product range with the Roxtec HD 16, the Roxtec HD 32 and the Roxtec HD 72 for 16 up to 72 cables covers all your cabinet sealing needs by enabling you to select transit according to the number of cables and the desired future capacity. For applications with larger cable diameters, you can seal 24 cables up to 25mm in a single penetration with Roxtec HD 72. Do you have even larger cables? Roxtec HD 72 covers single pair, multipair, triad, power and fiber cables with diameters up to 34.5mm.
The transits include Roxtec sealing modules that are adaptable to cables of different sizes.
All Roxtec HD transits have the following ratings (whereof some for Roxtec HD 72 are pending):
- IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529
- UL/NEMA 4,4X,12,13
- Bonding and grounding (CSA certification pending for Roxtec HD 72)
- Ex (certification pending for Roxtec HD 72)
