The Roxtec Sleev-it™ Fire penetration seal is a light-weight solution for single plastic pipes in fire rated divisions. The transit is tack-welded directly to the structure and requires no sleeve. The stainless steel casing contains layers of intumescent-based material that react with the heat of a fire to protect the penetration once the plastic pipe begins to soften. The penetration seal is openable and can be installed after the pipe system which makes it ideal for retrofit projects. Available with primed mild steel or aluminum flange.
