The Roxtec R UG™ is a transit for multiple cables and pipes entering via foundations. The seal allows for a mix of small and large cables and pipes in the same opening and works as a long-lasting barrier against flooding, gas, humidity and rodents. The transit withstands extreme cable bending and can be installed into sleeves, conduits and core drilled holes also in wet conditions and environments with running water.

Roxtec R UG™ frame with RM UG sealing modules for single/multiple cables or pipes. Manufactured from Roxylon™ UG EPDM rubber to be used in conjunction with Roxtec RM UG™ modules with Multidiameter™, the Roxtec solution for sealing around cables and pipes with removable layers in 1 mm increments.
- Small front and back fittings to allow for full insertion into aperture
- Openable for use around existing cables and pipes
- IP 68 tested and certified for constant water pressure to 0.5bar and catastrophic pressure to 1bar
- Can be installed in running water conditions
- Roxylon™ EPDM rubber is halogen free and fulfils RoHS and REACH directives. Shown not to contain any conflict minerals
- Fittings manufactured from non-magnetic acid proof stainless steel. Minimum clearance of 3mm between rubber and metal fittings to prevent direct contact between the cable and any metal components
- Fasteners should be made out of non-magnetic acid proof stainless steel (minimum class A4-70)
- Gas tight to 0.3bar
- Prevents ingress from water, gas, dust and vermin
- Cable retention with a pull force in the range of 2700-3300N and a weight load of up to 275-336kg
- Module depth: 60mm
- Available in kits to seal cables and pipes with overall diameter between 4 and 52mm in 1mm increments. Larger diameters up to 96mm also possible in other configurations
- Rubber depth minimum 60mm
