Job Summary 

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and support revenue growth. This role collaborates across departments to coordinate campaigns, create content, manage digital channels, and analyze performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, events)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and assets
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reporting with recommendations for improvement
  • Work with appropriate parties to create content for emails, landing pages, brochures, and social media
  • Support design workflows by partnering with creative teams to develop graphics, visuals, and promotional materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Knowledgeable and proficient inthe  Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
  • Strong desire to take action
  • Ambitions to learn and grow, developing skills/experience applicable to any career path

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field of study
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role

Physical Requirements

  • Required to wear PPE as needed
