Job Summary
The Commercial Support Specialist provides essential support to both internal and external customers by assisting with product inquiries, quotations, availability checks, and order processing for Roxtec products and components. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in commercial support and customer service.
Essential Job Functions
- Quotation Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate quotations based on customer requirements using established guidelines.
- Pricing Knowledge: Apply basic understanding of pricing structures and company policies to support quotation development.
- Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams under guidance to gather necessary information for quotes.
- Customer Follow-Up: Respond to standard customer inquiries and follow up on submitted quotations to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional support to internal and external customers, helping resolve routine issues and escalating complex ones as needed.
- Documentation: Prepare routine documentation for order processing and conduct basic stock checks to support customer and sales team needs.
- CRM Management: Enter and maintain customer data and RFQs in the CRM system, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and follow-up tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers to maintain a balanced workflow and support team goals.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned to support departmental operations.

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
