ASNE's FMMS allows for an open forum of communications and exchange of technical information on ship maintenance and modernization between the Maritime Services, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Merchant Marine, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, Military Sealift Command, industry, academia, deck plate users, think tanks, Labs, and FFRDCs.
This forum seeks to engage everyone who has a stake in building, repairing, sailing, innovating, updating, training, fighting, and winning on or from the sea on a U.S. or allied military vessel. We are stronger when people with different backgrounds, education, jobs, trades, and experience discuss issues and solutions facing the fleet.
