Roxtec UG™ (underground) seals and knock-out sleeves (KOS) are popular for pre-sealing and protecting against constant water pressure. To meet additional demands, we now introduce the new Roxtec UG™ seals and sleeves with larger diameters as well as knock-out sleeve adapters.

Roxtec H3 250 UG™ – covering the shift to aluminum conductors
The Roxtec H3 250 UG™ and its corresponding knock-out sleeve KOS 250 meet the current shift to larger cables in many industries, which is a result of the change from copper to larger-diameter aluminum conductors. The sealing solution is ideal for a wide range of applications, and it is of course perfect for power cables. It was also developed to meet current trends in datacenter buildings with larger ducts for bigger power cables.
Roxtec H8 298 UG™ WOC – maximizing space efficiency for fiber entries
The Roxtec H8 298 UG™ WOC and its corresponding knock-out sleeve KOS 298 meet the demands for higher capacity in the rapidly growing data center industry. It is ideal for fiber cables – and has already become a recognized solution for the data center industry. By using these products, you can seal eight tubes from 60 to 64mm in just one 300mm opening, instead of having to use eight individual 100 mm ducts which would require larger concrete chambers. The sleeve can be precast by chamber manufacturers before being delivered to site and either be used for immediate sealing or act as tight spare capacity for future upgrades.
Roxtec knock-out sleeve adapters – increasing depth and making space
Roxtec knock-out sleeves ensure tightness before cable and pipe routing and sealing, keeping sites dry during and after construction and providing spare capacity. To enable increased use, we have developed knock-out sleeve adapters. They increase the depth and space of the Roxtec knock-out sleeves in sizes 100, 150 and 200, and enable addition of a connecting corrugated pipe on the opposite side of the knock-out plate and sealing. The adapters have a mechanical lock with screw to eliminate the risk of them sliding out of the sleeve. The adapters can be cast into concrete or attached when the cast concrete has hardened around the sleeve. After casting, the connection interface remains visible and easily accessible.
