Retention policy

We will only save your personal data for as long as it is necessary to perform our contractual obligations and as long as required by statutory storage time. When we save your personal data for purposes other than our contractual commitments, such as consent when you sign up to our events or receive newsletter via email we save the data only as long as necessary and / or statutory for the purpose.  

When there is no longer a purpose or legal obligation of storing the personal data, it is deleted or anonymized.

The retention time for personal data is set in accordance with the purpose and legal obligation for each processing.

You can cancel your subscription and opt-out from receiving further information at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.

You are entitled to request a report on what personal information we have about you by requesting a so-called registry extract. You also have the right to request that incorrect information about you shall be corrected, as well as the ability to request removal of your personal information.
