Turning strategy into action
Every year, we conduct a strategic review, including a Double Materiality Assessment, to ensure our board and management team stay focused on the risks and opportunities that truly matter to our business, customers and other stakeholders. The results of these efforts and our progress for the year are summarized in our annual Sustainability report.
To make things happen
To ensure our strategies turn into reality, we have built a global network called the Global Driver Forum. Led by our Sustainability Manager, this forum consists of "Drivers" from every department and market who translate our global goals into concrete actions within their daily operations. Initiatives are anchored in our Sustainability Steering Group, which includes CFO and Business Area EVP, and is formally endorsed by the management team. This structure ensures that sustainability is a natural part of every business decision, from sourcing to product development. This is how we stay resilient, future-ready, and competitive.
