Roxylon™

The Roxylon™ family of unique rubber compounds is used for Roxtec sealing solutions. Roxylon™ compounds are tailored to maximize safety, performance and functionality. This includes components such as the removable layers in the sealing modules. Roxylon™ compounds have been developed by our engineers in order to optimize the technical features for each application.

Resistant blend

The compounds are made of EPDM rubber and specific fillers that are used to achieve the required properties. They ensure excellent sealing and fire resistance, a high level of insulation and good vibration damping in combination with resistance against UV, weather and ageing. Most Roxtec seals are certified for temperatures from -60° to +80° C.

Long service life

Committed to environmentally friendly solutions, we have made Roxylon™ compounds halogen free and resistant against many chemicals. Thanks to the compression set and softness of the Roxylon™ compounds, our seals can be sealed repeatedly without reducing the lifetime of seals, cables or pipes.
