Roxtec signs another major deal to supply wind farms

Roxtec UK has signed a deal with Converteam which are making converters for the new generation of onshore wind farms across Europe.
“The green sector is becoming a massive market for us,” says Graham O’Hare, Managing Director of Roxtec UK. “To date Roxtec has been used in almost every offshore wind farm in Europe. Our seals are helping prevent this equipment breaking down which would cause enormous disruption to how the turbines feed into the national grid.”
Roxtec can provide a range of seals for a wide variety of uses in wind turbines including the generator system, the switch room, the converter, the tower, the nacelle, the transition pieces and the control cabinets.
