Roxtec wins wind farm supply contract in Brazil

Roxtec will supply flexible cable and pipe seals to a new wind farm project in Brazil. The design firm, Elecnor, which is established in the southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, specified Roxtec in the project owned by Enerfin. The wind farm will consist of 25 Wobben Enercon wind turbines of 2.3 MW each.
Roxtec seals will be used in several applications in the project, for example around pipes of 150 mm width to keep water out of the tower foundations and thereby ensure operational reliability. In all wind farm projects, it is crucial to use well-proven solutions to avoid downtime.
