Roxtec creates subsidiary in Mexico

Roxtec is growing globally. The 15th subsidiary in the group is Roxtec de Mexico. Mexico is 12th largest economy in the world and one of the fastest growing – and there is a huge potential for Roxtec. 

Alfonso Guarneros has been appointed Managing Director. He will combine the managing role with sales in the telecom sector.  The team also features Rocío Fuentes, inside sales, administration and logistics, Alfonso Morales, sales oil and gas and marine, and the Miguel Angel Sánchez, sales industry.

“We are a solid team, very excited and eager to develop this new subsidiary,” says Alfonso Guarneros.

During the last nine years, different agents have been supplying Roxtec products in Mexico, mostly to the oil and gas industry. Alfonso Guarneros sees many more opportunities: 

“There are projects within wind, hydroelectric and nuclear power as well as within power distribution, telecom and data centers. Once the potential customers discover our solutions, they love them.”

The new office is situated where business is made – in Polanco, the commercial heart of Mexico City.
