When the capacity of the natural gas storage facility of Fluxys was to be enhanced, Roxtec cable and pipe seals were specified – for the entire project. The seals cover a wide range of needs.

Gas transmission system operator Fluxys has been operating the natural gas storage facility in Loenhout for over 20 years. Fluxys stores the gas 1,300 meters underground and use it to offset seasonal fluctuations in consumption.

The capacity of the facilities is being enhanced, since demand in natural gas consumption increases. Roxtec has followed and supported the entire project, listening to specific needs and helping out with special solutions.
